Hello cha cha cha's,

How's it going this fine day?

Regular Sunday youth group this week 6:30-8pm. Hope you can make it. Good stuff going down.

A little change from last weeks announcement about Rec. We are going to keep REc. on Wed. night this coming week, and we'll officially move Rec. to Thursday night NEXT week the 19th! So one last Wed. night Rec.

THE CRY convention is coming up quick. I hope you've talked about it with your parents. This will be a cool time. You need to get me registration forms ASAP!

NEW YEARS REVOLUTION. We met yesterday to talk and plan and pray about this AWESOME retreat/convention. WOW I'm more excited now about this now than I was last week, and I was pretty stoked then! This is going to be QUALITY! A great convention. Training, fun, good food, and a T-SHIRT! If you're not going to be at grandma's house I hope you consider coming to this convention. donuts or bagels... dang, that's a hard one. i'd say i'm split down the middle on this one. i guess it just depends on the mood i'm in.

i like both...donuts, i love the chocolate ones, glazed, and the eclairs b/c they remind me of donuts...used to eat them for breakfast all the time...then bagels, i used to use cream cheese on them...that is tough...but probably donuts! Now if it was cookies, donuts, or fudge against bagels there would be no contest...of the otehr three would win.
Hey aaron...want a fizzy? (or however you would spell that)

how-za-bout we break it down a bit more: when it comes to bagels and donuts, what flavors/types do you prefer?

definatley donuts! :)
bagels are ok..only with cream cheese...geez this is confusing..only did this like once and hope i am posting this right....hehe

I would def.pick bagels because i pretty much HATE donuts i only like 1 or 2 donuts

i suppose i'm okay with just about any donut, so long as it doesn't have (a) coconut, (b) maple sugar frosting, or (c) lemon filling. after that, i suppose i can't really complain too much.

bagels... for whatever reason, i have more stories about bagels than i do donuts.
bagel story #1: i always used to like the taste of a bagel with turkey and american cheese on top, toasted. that was an after-school snack for me for some good time.
bagel story #2: so in rochester, the breakfast "buffet" was all bagels. but they had ridiculous flavors of bagels brought in, like a pizza bagel. that was pretty good. and they were all warm, so they gained my immediate favor.
bagel story #3: when i was on my way to a college audition for admission, my dad and i had the idea to make egg-and-bagel sandwiches for a quick breakfast. what he didn't realize though was that two of the bagels remaining were actually blueberry bagels... and i got both of them. so i had egg on blueberry bagel. not the best taste in the world.
bagel story #4: i have never had bagel bites.
bagel story #5: i always used to get the ham egg and cheese bagel meal from mcdonalds. but then they introduced the mcgriddles, so they removed that. now i get the bacon egg and cheese bagel meal.
bagel story #6: this one time, back in beaty, there was this weird school photo thing where they took your picture first, then after you saw the picture, you could buy it if you wanted too. (i think they did it in the spring, i don't know if they still do it or not.) if you wanted to, you could bring in a prop for your picture. i knew i wasn't going to buy the picture, so i wanted to bring in a bag of bagels for my prop. (i forgot the bagels though, so i had to use a cd case, the only semi-random thing i had in my backpack.)

steve, i liked bagel story #6...they still did that when i was in Beaty but i am not sure now.
This is cool...his post was even longer than my normal posts.
Randomness is the best!

before i saw the second part of bad boy's comment i thought that he was talking like a gangster and saying that he was "down" with those bagels.

i don't know if i've ever heard brian talk like a gangster. maybe that should be our goal from now on......to try and get brian to talk like a gangster!

i really think that getting brian to talk like a gangster should be our new goal!...and like i said, marjorie could teach him because she is too gangsta for that! I am so glad that we came up with the whole bad-boy thing! Now we need top think of something else for his laugh...i love it.

Speaking of laughter; Kelley and I went to see the trio of comedians brought in to Reg Lena by FLN. It was the most the two of us have laughed out LOUD in a long time. What a great performance by all.
I would sign off with something "gangsta"ish but, like Steve, I got nuthin'.
