I'm sitting in my dining room. This room used to have lots of really cute stuff that Marjorie decorated with. Now it is littered with toys. definitely apples
oranges are weird and if you try to make juice out of them you end up with pulp. plus they take forever to eat because you have to peel them.
I get to see Corban tomorrow! Some other people that come to REC might be going to see him too, like amanda; chickenween; janelle + jenna; and if ashley comes...if that is ok. I promise, we won't move in just yet.
I know that an apple a day is said to keep the doctor away, but i still like oranges better. The only way i like to eat apples is if i get to dip them in peanut butter, caramel, or chocolate. Plus I drink orange juice almost everyday!
this is weird but i agree with jessica. surprise surprise!!! same reasons. but i like apples dipped in peanut butter and chocolate chips. Aaron: now your house wil look like mine!!!!!
Kiwi vs. Watermelon
apples versus oranges... that's really a tough one for me. like jessica said, it takes a while to get an orange ready to eat. but in her argument, she also refers to pulpy orange juice... i love pulp in orange juice. it's not good orange juice unless you have to chew it, that's what i've always said. and besides, have you ever tried squeezing the juice out of an apple?
on the other hand, i always used to take an apple to lunch with me. i would always eat it last, because the apple sortof works to clean out your teeth. (i learned that one from rachel drennan, whose mom is a dentist.)
well, i don't like pulp, but if you do it makes sense to like oranges.
just for em - watermelon. she will bug me until i write something about it. i think kiwis are more sour, but i like both. plus, watermelon is pink. which is better than green because green is so ordinary. a lot of vegetables are green. pink is unique.
i love both apples and oranges. i think i would choose apples though...particularly granny smiths. They're a little tart and tough. Like me!
Oranges are a little hard to get at....and I"m lazy. I do like pulp in my orange juice though. Pulp free OJ just isn't natural.
And definately kiwi's. I don't really like watermellon. Like the taste, but the texture is gross. I like kiwi's though. When we were kids we would eat the skin and all.
the skin? ew. i have a friend that always splits kiwis with me. i eat the inside and she eats the skin. i dont think i could eat it.
I haven't eaten the skins for a long time.....I don't know how I used to eat them. But that was awhile ago
oddly enough, i'd pick granny smiths too.
for watermelon v. kiwi... watermelon. i just don't like the taste of kiwi. i dunno why, but kiwi just doesn't click with me.
i LUV kiwis. The skins are pretty good too! Just a l.ittle hairy.
Corban is such a cutie! You know that "cute" is one of my favorite words but i really mean this. That was an awesome birthday present! Brianna (chicky) got some great pictures of him.
Once again I would like to thank everyone for the good birthday wishes and to aaron and stevo for the party hats...they entertained me. I am going to try and get BadBoy back at REC next week.
I really hope tomorrow is not the last KidStuf because I would miss it too much! I ususally get really peppy and hyper when I am dancing.
It's your b-day Woopdee-Doo. Happy Birthday Josh, Jessica, and Zack Attack!
I like watermelon better than kiwi...i think watermelon is my favorite fruit.
hey aaron...could you do me a favor and put a note on the blog that it is Vacation Bible School Week for the next 4 days at St. Paul Lutheran? It is 9 a.m.- noon, and it is for kids age 2 - grade 6. If you know any younger kids or would like to check it out for yourself, anyone is welcome. Come aboard the "Gospel Express".
I get to be a Ho Bo.
If you put it on the blog, many thanks to you Robert Douglas.
i left the word "from" out of my last passage and it bothered me.
